DPFP Financial Records 2013-2016

Dallas Police & Fire Pension System (the "System") financial records for the period January 1, 2013, through April 30, 2016, are detailed below. Particularly important parts of the System's financial records include payments made by the System during this period specifically to include the following:

  1. System executives authorized payments to various attorneys and law firms including at least two law firms whose primary practice is criminal defense;

  2. System executives authorized monthly payments to the Argyle Volunteer Fire Department where former CDK investment manager Jon Donahue was a volunteer firefighter;

  3. System executives authorized payment to attorneys Winstead PC for the purpose of reviewing proposed CDK Standstill Agreement weeks before the System filing litigation against its former investment manager;

  4. System executives authorized general journal entries during year 2015 for 4100 Harry Hines Condo Association Dues totaling more than $357,000.00;

  5. System executives authorized credit card payments totaling more than $750,000.00;

  6. System executives authorized payments to attorneys and law firms totaling more than $4,000,000.00; and

  7. System executives authorized payments totaling more than $560,000.00 for Board Conference expense.
